Policy WAXING TREATMENTS - Hair should be as long as a rice grain in order to be waxed. Unfortunately if you do not meet that standard your appointment will be declined/ rescheduled. -Please do not book this service if you are currently on any Acne medication, Antibiotics, or Topicals. - Exfoliation before booking this service is ideal for a comfortable and smooth experience during your appointment. This is one of the best forms of skin prep. FACIAL TREATMENTS - All facial treatments require a consultation! This ensures proper safety is being provided for your service. We will discuss your personal targets , sensitivities , home care regimens during this consult. This can be done virtually or in person the day of your appointment! Please allot a (20 min ) session to your service time in order to ensure time for this add on LATE POLICY There is a (15 min ) grace period for each service! After (15 min) your appointment will be rescheduled! Things happen ! Please do not stress rescheduling your appointment to allow your self to truly enjoy your experience with us ! Cancellation Policy

HEY LADIES , I am completely open and understanding of cancellations .. life happens.. knowing that I do charge a 10 % cancellation fee for any no call no / shows within 24 hours of the appointment! If there are any questions or concerns please contact me !
